Refund Policy – Adjnadin Academy

Adjnadin Academy is committed to providing a distinguished educational experience that ensures real results for its students. We value student satisfaction and, therefore, offer a flexible refund policy that ensures transparency and protects the rights of all parties. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any training course.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:
A. Refund within 48 Hours of Payment
- Students are entitled to a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided that the course has not yet started or no training content has been received.
B. Refund Due to Unmet Expected Results
- If a student does not achieve noticeable progress, and the issue is due to the academy’s methods, they may request a refund after completing the course.
- The assessment is based on a comparison between the pre-course and post-course video tests, demonstrating the student’s progress.
- If it is determined that the student has not made any improvement due to the training method or content, the full amount will be refunded.
C. Non-Refundable Cases
- Courses that have already started and where the student has attended more than one session, unless the refund request is due to unmet learning expectations as stated in section (B).
- Courses purchased during special promotions or discounts (unless there was an error on our part in delivering the content or training).
- If the student fails to achieve progress due to personal reasons, such as not completing the required exercises or failing to attend and actively participate in the course.
- If the student violates the academy’s policies or fails to comply with the participation and training requirements.
2. How We Use Your Information
To submit a refund request, the following steps must be followed:
- Send an official request via email to adj.nadin@gmail.com, including:
- Full name
- Course name
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of payment
- Pre-course and post-course assessment videos (if the request is based on unmet learning expectations)
- The request will be reviewed within 5 business days, and the student will be notified of the approval or rejection via email.
- If the refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
3. Exceptions Not Covered by the Refund Policy
Refund requests will not be approved in the following cases:
- If the student fails to attend the required sessions or does not participate in the assigned exercises and activities.
- If the lack of progress is due to the student’s own reasons (such as failing to apply the required tasks or not engaging with the training).
- If the student encounters technical issues (such as poor internet connection or inability to use the learning platform), as resolving such issues is the student’s responsibility.
- If the student does not provide the pre-course and post-course assessment videos as evidence of unmet learning expectations.
4. Course Modification or Cancellation by the Academy
- If Adjnadin Academy is required to cancel or postpone a training course, all enrolled students will be notified.
- In case of cancellation, students have the option to:
- Receive a full refund or
- Join a later session of the course at no additional cost.
